NRL Automations respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have.

1. Who we are

The data controller is NRL Automations, based in Den Haag (Nederland), Chamber of Commerce 87679361, VAT NL004464365B31. Contact: [email protected].

2. Data we process

  • Contact and booking data: name, email, phone number and any message you leave when booking a call, messaging or emailing us.
  • Messages to the AI agent: the text you type into the chat (“Talk to the agent”) on this site.
  • Technical data: limited data needed to keep the site secure and working, such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider.

3. The AI agent on this site

This site has a live AI agent. When you send a message, the text is sent to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude language model) to generate a reply. Please do not send sensitive or confidential personal data through this chat. We do not use these conversations to train models.

4. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your question or request — basis: performance of or steps towards an agreement.
  • Scheduling calls and delivering our services — basis: performance of the agreement.
  • Securing and improving the website — basis: legitimate interest.

5. Third-party processors

  • Anthropic — processing your chat messages with the AI model.
  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — the booking calendar and your appointment and contact data.
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
  • Google — our email handling.

Depending on the project, additional processors may be used. We enter into processing agreements where needed.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some parties (such as Anthropic and Cloudflare) are based in or process data in the United States. Transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention

We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes above or as required by law (such as the seven-year tax retention obligation for administration).

8. Cookies

The website itself uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The embedded GoHighLevel booking calendar may set functional cookies needed for it to work.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Send your request to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

10. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and need-to-know access.
